Caroline joined PaRC in 2016. In her primary role for Dr. Yael Schenker’s PEACe-compare trial, Caroline coordinates and administers telephone assessments with patients and family caregivers at several study time points. She helps operationalize data collection goals, develop standard operating procedures, and draft manuscripts. Previously, she did similar work for Dr. Schenker’s CONNECT trial.
Caroline strives to ensure day-to-day research activity is comfortable and meaningful for participants. She’s proud to work with a team whose goals are to improve patient and caregiver outcomes in complex health care environments.
Caroline is working toward her Master of Public Health degree part-time, with interests in palliative care access and awareness, health communication, qualitative methods, sustainability, food access, and food security. She believes using a health equity lens is vital to any approach.
