Douglas B. White MD, MAS, vice chair and professor of critical care medicine in the School of Medicine (SOM) and PaRC Faculty, and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, has been selected as the inaugural director of the new Institute for Bioethics. The institute will serve all six Pitt Health Sciences schools and will replace the Center for Bioethics & Health Law (CBHL). Read more about the institute at the new website.
